Client Service Associate - Wealth Management

The Client Service Associate plays an important role in maintaining this culture for the organization. As the person who is primarily responsible for executing on the service needs of our clients, you will be critical to the overall experience our clients have with our firm. Whether it’s setting up a new account, handling service requests, scheduling meetings, or answering the phones, you should tackle your task list with a service heart. Being in the financial industry, the other main component for success is ensuring that the details are impeccable. What you will do:
Greets clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office or call
Handles incoming telephone calls, routes calls, manages general voicemail box
Completes client account paperwork and pending items as needed
Sends periodic client correspondence
Assists in updating client files to ensure that all records are kept current and accurate
Coordinates the assembly and mailing of client paperwork
Thorough follow up on all tasks assigned
Assist with client events, as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
What you will bring:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
Ability to proactively assess situations and work/think independently
Superior phone skills—friendly and helpful in all interactions on the phone
Computer literate—Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity in working with a customer relationship management (CRM) software desired
A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task
Professional demeanor
2 years prior financial services experience is required
4 years prior customer service experience required
Prior LPL experience is a bonus
